Our programs are UNIQUE...

In our structure- we include a variety of resistance training exercises each week to increase strength and encourage cross training for improved performance.

In our approach- our instructors are VERY supportive and encouraging  which lends a "family" feel to our groups. (just ask our current/previous runners) We train WITH you...and we care about YOU!

Testimonials

A comment we received from one of our runners following a race:
"Thanks so much for your support :) It was awesome to complete something like that. I can't believe I used to despise running. I will never feel that way about it again."

"Jordan and I want to say thank you. Our participation in the Wednesday / Saturday running group got us off the sofa in the middle of winter and onto the snow covered roads. Both of us learned about the skills associated with running and how to incorporate those skills into our practice.
One of the highlights of the running program was the support, advice, and guidance given to us by Joy, Glenda, and yourself --- we grew as athletes because of your motivation." Meridyth

"When I first joined this group I was not sure what to expect.  I was pleasantly surprised by the calibre of training and the awesome people I met.  Thanks to you all for welcoming me the way you did. I am glad to be part of the group and hope to see you at some more runs."

Important announcement!!

Over the summer, we have not been running official programs - but rather sending out emails simply announcing meeting spots and distance options.  We have decided to continue with this format for at least the Fall session.
What does this mean?
If you are interested to join us for informal runs, (with runners of varying fitness levels, speeds and distances) then just send us an email to let us know. HERE

Since we are NOT running a formal program - there is NO CHARGE to join us for a run.  We may offer specific (paid) classes to work on technique, improving strength and speed etc in the near future.   Check back at this website for future details.
