fit2run programs include:
-group training (group run, drills, stretching)

Group runs/training:
Wednesday nights at 6:00 pm
Saturday mornings at 8:00 pm
Location: We often meet at Wilmot Rec Complex, 1291 Nafziger Road, Baden (just off the 7/8 expressway) (but please email to check as we sometimes meet at other locations)

Our Wednesday night sessions focus specifically on running drills, interval training,
plyometric exercises and sport specific strength training to help YOU run
better/stronger/faster.

fit2run Program "Levels"
We work with a VARIETY of fitness levels and offer various programs to help you improve your running and increase overall fitness.
Learn to Run - for people with little or no running experience. We offer a Walk/Run program designed to help prepare you for a 5K race in 8 weeks.
5K plus - for people with some running experience OR other cardio experience (ie. could do a slow, steady run for 10 - 15 minutes or more) who want to run their first 5K race, improve their 5K time or simply improve their overall fitness.
10K Plus - for intermediate level runners who want to run a 10K race, improve their 10K time or improve their overall health. (we ask that you are comfortable running a minimum of 15 km per WEEK split over 3 runs)
Half-marathon (21 K)- for intermediate level runners who want to train for their first half-marathon or improve their half-marathon time. For this program, we ask that you have allow 12 weeks for training time.
